March 22nd marked the start of Basic Officer Leadership Course(BOLC). The course has been great. My only complaint is I don't have time to partake in my favorite two hobbies, digital photography and digital art. Last weekend, however, I made some time to create a scrapbook page:

The page is dedicated to my required reading. Reading about Leadership. All of the articles have been helpful. My favorite of the bunch, however, is Solitude and Leadership. By definition, a leader is never alone. Yet, a leader should maintain a professional distance from those she leads.
